teaching practice week 4
From 4-12-2017 to 7-12-2017 discussed the topics like migration, why do people migrate,consequences of migration, settlements, types and patterns of rural settlements, urban settlements, classification of urban centres and its problems were discussed
Took class on the topic lifestyle diseases like osteoporosis and obesity. Causes, effects and prevention steps were discussed

Teaching Practice 2
Completed the history portion election and democracy...portions like methods of election, simple majority system, proportional representation,constituencies, reserved constituencies,free and fair election,universal adult franchise, the right to contest election, independent election commission, the functions of election commission, drawbacks of the Indian electoral system, electoral reforms, election and political parties, coalition politics and finally psephology were taughted.

Teaching practice Week 1
From 15 November onwards second phase of teaching practice started. But from 15-11-2017 to 17 - 11- 2017 sub district kalolsavam was held at our NSSGHS Pandalam.
The first week of our teaching practice starts from 20-11-2017 to 24-11-2017. the topics taught were ocean at a glance, islands and peninsula, characteristics of sea water, movement of sea water,tides, ocean currents and currents in pacific ocean.

Boumithra organization ....Exhibition and a talk on effective utilization of teaching learning material and use of ICT
Today an enlightening talk was conducted by boumithra association department of geography.
Class was taken by Suresh Kumar K (SMVHSS Trivandrum). And geography exhibition was also organized. Our Principal Dr.Remadevi teacher inaugurated the exhibition.

Capacity building program was conducted for my students of 9- C class. Students participated actively. Game was organized...students were made to act without language of topics tsunami earthquake film etc..
Group of students performed vanchipattu...and a student performed classical dance.
Health Education 20/2017
As part of our health education I took an awareness class on Dengue Fever on 20/9/2017.
8- E class was opted for me to conduct awareness program. Dengue it's impacts and prevention were pointed out.
Showed the image of the mosquito with the help of phone and chart was also prepared .
Election Day 20/9/2017
Election was held in NSS GHS PANDALAM..
On Wednesday 20/9/2017 , 11.30am in front of the courtyard students teachers all members were gathered and the principal called each of the class representatives to introduce themselves.

On Tuesday 19/9/2017 sports day was organized by the school. After the prayer competition started at 10am...first event was 100mtr race for kiddies, sub Junior and Junior.. afternoon high jump long jump 200mtr race were conducted...
Students actively participated in sports events.

Aug 15 Independence day celebrated with energetic performance after the flag host. NCC cadets performed their parade after that inaugural session held at the hall... Welcome dance was performed by the students and patriotic song were sang by students and moc parliament was conducted by students....

Enjoying teaching
From 12 July 2017 upto 21 July 2017 covered portions from the unit "Sun: The Ultimate Source". Process of heat transfer in the atmosphere, heat budget, temperature and it's factors, water in the atmosphere, forms of condensation, types of clouds and precipitation and its forms.
From 18th July onwards I felt happy and started enjoying teaching and interaction my students...
