Yoga

Uttanasana
        Today we practiced yoga with the students as part of health and yoga education...
    
   * Refreshes brain, calms mind, relaxes heart, massages abdomen
  * Relieves back pain, knee pain, hip pain, low and high B.P
  * Relieves mental fatigue, anxiety, depression, insomnia.
  * Relieves indigestion, diabetes, menstrual problems.
